PReP Intl Leadership
Matt Sadinsky has been the CEO of PReP Intl since 2009. As co-founder of System Operations Success Intl (SOS Intl) in 2002, he developed products and teams focused on creating vibrant learning organizations and teams in over 1,000 utility companies across the globe. Matt has been using state-of-the-art tools and processes to design and implement effective growth and transformation strategies for over thirty years since his career began at Continental Can Company. His roles have included serving as the Chief HR Officer in a number of global organizations including Alcatel Alsthom’s battery division and Vivendi-Universal’s Interactive Games group. Matt’s career also found him leading the HR/OD functions at the New York City Transit Authority, Magellan Laboratories, PERGO Flooring and GridSouth – Carolina’s FERC approved RTO. Matt is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Industrial & Labor Relations and completed Masters work in clinical psychology at the University of Texas. Matt speaks frequently on driving change in large organizations and changing dynamics in Power Careers.
