Matt Sadinsky is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Industrial & Labor Relations with graduate coursework in Organization Behavior and Psychology from the University of Texas. His professional work includes over 10 years of manufacturing experience with Continental Can Co before working with David Gun’s leadership team at the NYC Transit Authority as Sr. VP of Human Resources in the early 1990s. That team rid the subways of graffiti and tripled the mean distance between failures.
Matt’s international HR leadership includes VP roles at Alcatel-Alsthom, SAFT, PERGO, Vivendi Universal, and Magellan Labs. Matt was the start-up VP of HR at GridSouth, the FERC-approved transmission operator funded by Duke-Energy, SCANA, and Progress Energy. Matt co-founded SOS Intl in 2002 and launched PReP Intl in 2009. Matt is the proud father of five adult children and two grandsons.
