A global energy leader seeks to develop future teams for reliability and compliance. Could be a NERC Certified Reliability Coordinator: work mostly on day shifts.

Ideal candidate will have served as a NERC Certified System Operator and had some training and/or compliance responsibilities – Specific Experience and training in SAT, ADM and PER005 may help you prepare for success in this career opportunity.

Duties and Desired Competencies:

Ѳ Able to develop content meeting specific learning objectives

Ѳ Able to design and deliver instructor led training and help coordinate team training

Ѳ Able to communicate and teach the complicated to new and experienced operators

Ѳ Create and deploy an agenda of learning for new employees/system operator training

Ѳ Support system operations staff in assuring Continuing Education and Emergency Operations

Ѳ Assure Compliance with NERC Training Standards and or SCADA/EMS Interfaces

Ѳ Able to measure the effectiveness of training

Ѳ Able to marshal resources within a budget

Desired Education: BA/BS or equivalent work experience

Summary Description: This position will identify, develop, coordinate, implement and conduct training programs for System Operators, Section Operators, Distribution and operations support staff to comply with NERC PER-005. Determine training, orientation and onboarding needs for new and promoted employees. Develop and conduct additional advanced training for incumbent operations and distribution teams.
