Position Title: Solar Sales National Leader

Client: Regional Solar Leader seeks National growth

Executive Profile: This role will assist in the growth of the business through geographical expansion and adding
new categories with national stores with multiple locations. The company has recently
expanded its presence across the East Coast and now seeks a Sales Leader to grow nationally.

Company Background:
Our client is a fast growing privately-owned North Carolina solar energy developer for commercial, government,
education and residential clients who provides solutions for client needs including project development, financing,
system design, installation and on-going maintenance and support. With over 40 years of solar industry experience on
their team, this solar leader has installed over 200 solar projects totaling over $260 million to date.

Position Location:

This position can be based in any state – Charlotte, NC, Chapel Hill, NC and White Plains, NY are existing locations.

Competitive Base & Incentive Pay with a total compensation package around $240,000 – $300,000 including salary,
various forms of performance based bonus and incentive pay, health, dental and life insurance.

Education Required:

Ѳ Bachelor’s Degree or higher in technical, business or finance degree

Ѳ Military and/or Academy Experience desired

Ѳ Industry and product training provided by company

Desired Experience:

Ѳ 5+ years’ experience calling on CEOs and business owners with ability to close sales

Ѳ Successful track-record in highly competitive industry

Ѳ Successful experience selling products or services with financial complexity

Ѳ Real Estate or financial investment sales background preferred

Desired Competencies:

Ѳ Develop and implement strategic and tactical execution plans for coverage of vertical market segments

Ѳ Ability to identify key decision makers and develop relationships within assigned segments to create new
business opportunities

Ѳ Perform customer needs and opportunity assessments

Ѳ Understanding of renewable energy incentives applicable to prospective projects and the ability to perform
financial analysis of potential renewable energy projects – 3-6 month sales cycle – Average Sale $500K – $2M

Ѳ Ideal candidate will network and prospect to develop lead and business

Ѳ Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ѳ Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
