As long as you keep your registration with us current and up to date, we can offer you discounts and/or scholarships for training/certification/continuing education hours through recognized courses and programs offered by SOS Intl. We can also make it possible to receive training under scholarship for certain sponsored programs. If you accept placement in a position through PReP Intl, for every hour you work you earn the right to take an SOS Intl course per credential year. For example, work more than 70 hours per year and you will be eligible to take a 70 hour per year compliance bundle to meet all of your NERC CE requirements with NO registration costs. Sponsored continuing education hours training to stay current and maintain your credentials is just part of our commitment to keeping you Prequalified and Ready for the next engagement.

PReP Intl offers several levels of opportunities to our candidates.

  • Short and long term assignments as a PREP Intl consultant. These are often temporary positions to assist companies on an as needed basis.
  • Contract-to-hire positions allow you to remain a PREP Intl contractor while both you and the company can decide if the placement makes sense to become a regular employment engagement.
  • Regular Placements are direct hiring opportunities where we match candidates to regular jobs on the organization's payroll.

As a PReP Intl employee or consultant, you may have various benefits available. If you travel as part of your assignment, related travel expenses will be reimbursed. Certain engagements offer optional medical benefits, other insurances, 401(k) contribution and sick, vacation and family leave time.

PReP Intl offers Prequalified Ready Employees for Power. PReP Intl qualifies candidates across seven dimensions for each engagement:

  • Education - This will be validated and verified and related to the knowledge needed.
  • Experience - This will be validated and credentials will be checked.
  • Employment References are checked.
  • Criminal Record will be validated.
  • Medical, Health and Drug Free status will be confirmed.
  • Immigration Status and legality of working in country of assignment will be assured.
  • Personality profile for fit will be assessed.
  • Both employer and talent want the same thing – a good fit from the beginning. No one wants to start over after 3 – 6 months!
