Matthew Sadinsky owns Sadinsky & Partners Intl, and is co-owner of Sadinsky & Sease Intl (since 2002) focused in the Energy Industry; cofounder and former CEO of System Operations Success Intl SOS Intl (2002-2008); and since 2009 leads as CEO of Prequalified Ready Employees for Power PReP Intl. SOS Intl revolutionized training bringing multi-modal content delivery and smart testing to technical training in the energy industry and focuses on the System Operators who balance generation with load on the power grid. SOS Intl develops and provides classroom, custom and on-the-job training and has trained over 10,000 operators, engineers and marketers since 2002. Prequalified Ready Employees for Power Intl (PReP Intl) was formed in 2009 to match veterans, experts and professional talent with staffing needs for muni’s, coops and investor owned utilities. Through interim, temporary and direct-hire engagements, PReP Intl provides expert staff augmentation and Just-In-Time staffing capability for essential utility roles. Matt’s career began with ten years at Continental Can Company after graduating Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 1979. Matt was appointed one of the nuts and bolts guys on David Gunn’s NYC Transit Authority team in the early 1990’s that rid the NYC subways of graffiti, tripled the mean distance between failure and restored the system to a state of good repair. Matt has held Chief HR officer roles at global organizations like Alcatel Alsthom and Vivendi-Universal’s Interactive Games group. Matt was the first HR/OD architect at Magellan Laboratories, PERGO Flooring and GridSouth - the FERC approved RTO in the South. Matt Sadinsky publishes and speaks frequently on organizational development issues using staffing, training and compensation to lead transformation, managing an aging workforce, building expertise and improving decision making through simulation. Matt writes frequently about the issues related to educating professionals for energy technology. In 2010, Matt gave the keynote address at the National Council for Continuing Education and Training speaking to over 100 Community College representatives and presidents on the importance of adding Energy Technology curriculum into the community college system. Matt and his wife have five children and are active in community affairs. Matt likes golf, chess and has served on several community boards including Charlotte’s Taxi and Limousine Commission, Charlotte Youth Ballet, City of Cary Planning & Zoning Board and the Wake County Technical College Foundation Board. Matt coaches aspiring little leaguers ages 8-12, is an assistant scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 119 and occasionally can be found teaching the fundamentals of electricity and principles of Energy Technology to kids in K-12 schools.
